Our family has been growing hay in the Barossa and lower mid-north region of South Australia for five generations. When a prospect came up to purchase a neighboring farms chaff mill, Dunkley Ridge, we decided it would be a great opportunity to value-add our business and provide  further opportunity for our sons on the farm. Together in 2010 we established Belvidere Ridge Chaff. We proudly carry on the tradition for producing premium quality stream cut chaff in the competitive horse feed industry, maintaining a strong reputation for quality forged by Dunkley Ridge over 40 years. 

 

We recognize our customers need a high quality product that is consistent from season to season. By growing hay on our farm we have to ability to control the quality of our products to a large extent. We also operate from a purpose built mill, which was commissioned in 2014 to help meet the growing demand for our products in Australia and overseas. Our mill is accredited by Australian Biosecurity which meets strict criteria for export and quality control.

 

We truly believe in the importance of delivering a premium quality product to ours customers. We are proud Belvidere Ridge Chaff has been in operation for over 10 years and we are looking forward to being in business for many years to come!
